About Us

  Lynne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. Lynne started her career as a Head Start Director as well as a director at Parenting Arizona. 

Lynne will act as an empathic and nurturing guide walking you through the counseling process at an individualized pace that is comfortable and healing. She believes developing a strong therapeutic relationship is the key component when guiding individuals through this counseling journey.

The approaches which best encompasses the aspects of her philosophy are the cognitive behavioral approach and systems approach. Lynne believes these are effective approaches for working with an individual in the process of problem-solving and developing coping skills. These approaches are useful for a variety of different issues.

Each person’s experience is unique to that individual. It is Lynne's job as a therapist, to provide compassionate listening, unbiased understanding, and perspective of the impact these unique experiences have had on the individual. She believes collective life experiences influence and shape an individual's perception and worldview.

Sara holds a certification as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator and is a member of the Positive Discipline Association. There is currently a great demand for this area of coaching and educational guidance for adults and classroom instructors alike. She has recently partnered with a colleague to form Kaleidoscope Parenting Program, LLC to address the challenges currently faced with parenting our children, tweens and teens. KPP offers classes and workshops to guide parents and educators to be comfortable using a positive, authoritative approach to discipline, one that is kind AND firm. Classes and workshops are experiential and immersive and provide immediate action plans that can be implemented at home or in the classroom.

As a Certified Master Behavioral Analyst (CMBA) and Certified Master Motivator Analyst (CMMA), Sara uses a variety of tools to help small to medium size businesses and teams with-in larger organizations improve internal communication and productivity by identifying strengths and opportunities, so their team is operating at full potential. Sara’s background in Human Resources and developing Systems and Procedures for business growth further enables her to connect with, understand and assist her business clients in moving forward in fulfilling action plans devised from her consulting work. While initially focused on analyzing and improving business communications and understanding, Sara has found that the Abelson DISC and Motives Assessment is a key tool she utilizes in other areas of her practice as well for career and life coaching and family dynamics/ communication. 

Sara is an ICF Certified Accredited Career and Holistic Life Coach. She works with clients not only in finding their true calling and career path but goes beyond that to help her clients excel with job searching techniques, resume writing and interview skills. Taking a holistic approach Sara further works with her clients in other areas of the life wheel to discerning where, what and how clients can bring harmony to their lives and live in to their purpose.

Sara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.

Her values strengths of love, humor, spirituality, gratitude and curiosity along with academic/intellectual strengths of learning, intellection, empathy and relating enable Sara to build rapport, actively listen to discern and help her clients create a clear path along their journey of success.
